Our School of Medicine is trying to discover the specific mechanisms the body uses to transmit pain-related information from our bones to our brain. This study, supported by an National Health and Medical Research Council grant, is looking to provide us with the knowledge to deliver safer, more effective drug and surgical treatment for bone pain-related conditions.
